Transportation Damage & Missing Items

Unpack and inspect ALL items for damaged or missing items before accepting your shipment. If any product damage is found, please note this on the delivery receipt. Although Epic Hvac Direct is NOT Responsible for shipping damage, we will assist you in filing a claim against the shipping carrier to cover the cost of damages. Do not directly contact the manufacture in the event of any damage this could result in a forfeit of the claim. Any damages or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt prior to signing for it and accepting your shipment in order to file a claim. It is your right and responsibility to inspect each item in your order prior to signing for it.
