Damage Products
Epic Hvac Direct must be notified of the damaged products immediately upon shipment to file a claim on the damaged items/products. For fastest replacement, we can place a new order for the replacement during this process and credit back the full amount of the original damaged item after we receive your original returned item.
Ordered Wrong Product
If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer need the product you ordered, you will be responsible for the return and shipping costs. The products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and charges associated with the return/exchange. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. After 14 days of not receiving the returned item/product all sales at this point will be final we do not offer exchanges but will be happy to help locate you the correct product.
